Finished my 2nd paper... Reached on time...wrote ard 13pages of stuff... liew, come on, hw not to? One question worth 40marks, the other 3 is worth 30marks each, and all is jus one sentence ask u write..wad to write, wad nt to write, dunno la, jus write lor..
Anyway, its essay writing, supposed to be my forte rite? Well, tt is, if they understand wad I m writing. Sometimes, I wonder, y nt computerise tings? Nt say being biased towards us who msn and type alot, but in the real world out here, who would hand in a piece of hand written report to their boss?
I noe, everyting I also say computer computer internet internet..but seriously, its truth wad. Human and technology have evolved such that neither are dispensable. Recall: At Ministry of Law then, when com was down, everyone is WAYANG-ing..My old blog have that post..but oh well, indeed, computer crippled us, but look, everyone is using computer. Even news-broadcasters...those who dun use computer these days are pretty outdated...at least for office work. Of cos, u dun expect coffee shop to make orders using computer.
I watched a documentary recently on the analysis of Tsunami.. all is done mainly with the help of computer... the simulation of how strong the wave is, th calculation of hw much force resulted in that kinda wave...all these, wld not have done so quickly without computer... therefore, even in the geography where its alot of hands on and on-site visit, computer is there, design, sketch only? think again. even in making movies, most are computerised. So why are tertiary students not embracing computers? WE are expected to do presentation using powerpoint, so why not learn bout excel and let us use excel for such tedious Asset and financial calculation and let us use microsoft works to type our exam answers?
Why use all the traditional ways when it will not be that useful when we go into the society and why not prepare us better for the society by doing what the society do? Excel, access, frontpage, why dun let us learn them, teach them to everyone...since most wld have to use them. Are we supposed to go into the society, given a piece of data to calculate the ATIRR (After tax internal rate of return) using paper and pen and submit the piece of hand written thing to our boss and say, "But...but but...that's wad we do in Uni..."...darn..crap reason...

No,not because I din do the work well...
But I m jus darn tired out having to spend 2 hrs to travel There and 1 hr to travel back...and having to write 13 pages of essay...and having to pray that the Prof understands and can read my writing...
