SHITT~!!!!!
I HATEEEEEEEEee Asset...real estate Asset market... Not like I dun understand...but all the careless mistake from copying, pressing calculators, pressing wrong numbers into my financial calculator jus give me all the WRONG Figures..when my method is CORRECT!!!!
My Prof assures me that they jus wanna see our method if its correct, figures abit different is ok..but come on lor...if all ur answer is like 10% different for percentage and at least 20K different from the actual answer, how many marks do u expect to get, EVEN if method is correct? In future when I go out there and work...who will accept it when u make mistakes in ur calculation... Assure them,
"HEY NO WORRIES, I know my stuff..its jus a 10% different in IRR (Internal rate of return) and a payable mortgage balance a $20K miscalculation..so u jus happen to pay an extra $20k, nevertheless, my method is correct, can trust me... "
And....its like...not like I dunno hw to do lor..but its so tedious!!! C'MOn~ in the real world now, who will use foolscape and do calculator? All wld have to use excel and present to their Boss/client in excel form, nicely typed out....SO why bother to make us do such repetitive stuff that is so tedious when it will NOT be useful when I graduate? Why not jus let us use excel for exam. (yes, i did feedback in the module feedback).
DAMNIT!!!! All the careless mistake will fail me...sucks... no matter hw well I did for my asset, the high marks I achieved for the report n game...all gone to waste... Frens, please pray for me..pray hard for me... I 've been really practicing hardworkingly for this module, since I know I m weak in it... Now, I need Luck to bless me so I will make no/less careless mistake.
**Did I mention I missed out a zero? yes, $1'400'000...when I input into the calculation, became $140'000. wow..if i do that in real life,wher m I gonna vomit out $1'260'000 to compensate? Stupid mistake..but yes, I still did it..
*** And yes... I missed out the 1, in front of $120'656... became $20'656..where to vomit $100k?
