To write, or not to write? That is the problem

After reading about examples of poor service, I m convinced that...alot of company's service is really cmi.
They need reminders, in the form of writing to get them to start reflecting on their standard of service they are providing.
Hmm....
But my situation is, I got my phone back, all nicely fixed, but the process was sh*tty, shld I stil write them a complain feedback letter??
Wads the story?
mEow sent her phone for servicing on 1st July. They said it be done 4days later. I went back 5 days later. They say its nt ready. They will call me when it is fixed, 4days later.
5days later, I called, they say no stock, cant fix. Stock will be in 2-3wks later. I DEMANDED for them to return to me and when stock come in, den I bring in again. They say will call 2-3days later when its returned.
5days later, I call. NO answer. I called twice at two different times.
Today, I call twice again, no answer. I called the main service line at their main office. Finally checked. And guess wad? It was fixed 2days ago, but? the best part is, no one from LG called me.
Today, I went to collect. It is in perfect condition.
I got from point A to point B. Which is wad I want. So, do i need to complain?
Why yes,I MUST complain? 1) They, obviously, dun bother calling me. Resulting in the disgusting delay of my phone. And they keep 敷衍 me by tellin me 4days after 4 days without honoring their words. If they tel me from the start, it will take 1week..I suck thumb accept. But..I hate LIARS.
2) See, they took 19days to fix it. outta the 365days of warranty they gave me, 19days is 5% of the entire lifespan of the phone. And, if they had really took two weeks? That would be 1mth outta the 12mths of warranty only. I have warranty for 1yr, of which in that 1 yr, 1mth of the time is spent at the factory, being fixed. Wad kinda warranty is this?
Do they suspend warranty when it is being fixed? NO! This period of time when the phone is nt with u, nt being used by u, the warranty runs. And, while it is runnin out, u aint using ur phone. So if they bloody take 2mths to fix it simply because they din call u and u din call them though it is ready for collection, its jus TOO BAD.
The service centre, although no queue, takes so long to get it fixed.
This is the first and LAST time I m getting an LG phone. I rather get a SE phone and wait 2hrs for the queue than wait this many days....and get irritated.
So...to write or not to write?
Will u?
Assuming time, effort is not an issue here for me.Labels: complain, phone
