mEow can cook it, so can you!

Ingredients (so easy to get too):
Chicken- mid-joint, or any preference X any amount U think is enuf.
oyster sauce
ginger
seasaeme seed oil
pepper (if desired)
dark soya sauce

Steps:
Prepare chicken:
1) Wash clean the chicken.
2) Put into a clean small plastic bag/zipblock/ plate
3) Pour in oyster sauce
4) Pour as much oyster sauce as you like
5) Mix the chicken about such that the oyster sauce coats all chicken
6) put into fridge for at least 30min (or until u wanna cook, best to leave few hours)

Cooking:
A) cut ginger into slices.

B) heat oil (Actually dun need so much, i accidentally pour more cos bottle too heavy)

C) throw in ginger & fry til golden, aka, nt chao-da can liao

D) take out chicken from fridge

E) throw chicken into frying pan.

(looks pale and boring rite?)
stir fry ard, make sure it dun keep touching pan so wont chao-da

F) pour dark soya sauce onto scoop and mix ard such that the chicken is 'colored'

G) pour in hot water, nt tap water hor! (ard 2cups, or until it covers the chicken)

H) Pour in sesame seed oil ( til u like, or for precision, 2 table spoon or more), Oyster Sauce (ard 1-2 tablespoon, depending on hw salty u want)
***Do not add too much as it will become more salty when the water dries up**

I) Cover lid and leave to simmer for 10-15min (ideally 15min, so the taste will seep into chicken and make it nicer).

**check and ensure the water does nt fully dry up. If nt will chao-da!

I) Get a fork, or satay stick, and poke the chicken meat. If it goes thru, wahla, the dish is done. If cannot cook thru, means its nt cooked yet. Choose the biggest piece to poke. Cos if the bggest one is cooked, means the smaller ones oso cooked le.

J) Taste the sauce and if to bland, add in more oyster sauce. If too salty, add in more water.

K) SERVE UP!
