I M SO cheapo~~~
I seek out cheap and good deals that is so unacceptable to most but wich could make ppl paying the bill smile til eyes oso cannot see...
Also...I m so cheapo, I called up starhub to make a deal with them...heehee...
After havin worked in customer service before, knowing that an assertive customer most often gets wad she wants and gets her way, I decided to call starhub to make a deal with them, to which i got a deal better than wad I bargained for.

See, cos I wanna switch over to singtel with my current number due to my work stuff, I stil haf 6mths contract with starhub and m liable to pay 300bucks for the breaking of contract. So I called up and negiotiated with them to let me continue my contract with them on another number, and to waive that penalty charge out of goodwill.
I din threaten them, nor did I sound rude, I m jus assertive and firm on wad I want and reason with them.
I told them, frankly, if no flexible arrangement could b done, situation wld b I LL continue the line but terminate it upon contract expiry in dec. But if out of goodwill penalty is waived and can let me continue my contract on a new number, of cos I will b encouraged to b a starhub subscriber knowin they are so nice. (Wich I intend to).
Of cos, in a business, u haf to give and take. U waive my 300 bucks penalty or transfer my contract to a new number, out of gratitude and being impressed, I will of cos continue with starhub though they haben been that competitive.
I nd 2 lines and its either I sign a new singtel line and hang on to tis, upon expiry port over to singtel as well, and haf 2 singtel lines, or, they let me continue my contract on a new number with starhub, I will haf a singtel and starhub line too.
After consulting their manager whom I insisted on talking to, they agreed.
That I can continue my line on a new number and for me to port my current number to singtel at no extra charges, besides the sim card cost and re-activate line de cost.
SO sweet of Them..
I m impressed by them and hereby decides to continue b a starhub hp subscriber even when my contract end in dec. :D
