A pretty bag from my uni-fren…nice…a bag when I just so need one…nice color..no need to wash..they had wanted to get me a blue one, knowing I like blue, fortunately they din. I do remember my JC years when I was faithfully washing my sweet blue- sports shoes every week coz I found them ‘v dirty’…tis color, no need worry bout it.yes yes, if u are wondering, yah, Mr X is one of the shareholders...anyway, he's nice when he...well, dun b childish...n mean..he can b nice if he wans to, unfortunately...

Ok, here it is… my fave gift of the year…

A ring...

Nope nope, I m not getting married, engaged, or wad-so-ever…yet…not yet..simple couple ring only…*blissful smile*

Sweetest ting anyone could do for me..nono, nt anyone, sweetest ting only ONE can do for me….

Appearing at my door at 12midnite on the my bday nite. Scared my dad… I mean he scared my dad. Haha. Coz my whole family, besides me, my dad n my cat were sleeping. Then he called, and asked my to open my door…*blush* -blissful smile-

I well, skipped lecture, so after my tutorial, went to meet him…. And…

He greeted me with a bouquet of flowers, the biggest bouquet I had since I met him. Supposed to b 21 roses… bt..the florist gave a dozen…well…its still…*happy* - blissful smile-
Shopped ard a while, saw tis really cute nike bottle. I commented, “so cute hor”, the nxt ting I noe

wow..he bought it for me le…-surprised- *blissful smile*

Ate at my fave restaurant..fish n Co. so sad, ordered seafood platter for 1, in the end no haf my fave mussels…=( …bt still..nice…*blissful smile*

Oso went shopping, and bought tis...mini-skirt..the shortest skirt i haf in my collection...nice mah?not cheap leh...duh...the most expensive clothing i bougth for myself for like a long time...40bucks..ouch..bt..my bf sae nice and i like it, so well..*smile*

After that, we went shopping, den I went for my aikido lesson. Surprises awaits…
Firstly, my aikido pal cum ex-classmate gave me….

And in it, are various goodies, ranging from food to cup to keychain to GNC card. And wow…its not cheap.All tis, from none other den my old fren, mad dog, Weiting...

Pleasantly surprised when another 2 fellow aikido-mates oso gave me cake n gift.

Yea, sean, like the earrings…v v nice…bt one small prob is, I wear le it will b one side long one side short..coz I gt 3earring holes in one ear and one single earring hole on the other..nevetheless, it’s really nice and pretty…

When I reached home, more surprises…saw the card my pen-pal sent me…yea, my pen-pal, I do haf a pen-pal..from when I was in sec sch til now de…wah…touched he still remember my bday..

Nxt..lemme c…wad else..orh…yah.. my newly-made fish-fren from uni made me a nice nice pic for me. He asked for my pic, den within 1 hr, came up with tis really nice pic..wah..so nice..i print out in photo paper..wah, looks like a postcard..so pretty….keke…

And yesh, no forgetting the big ang bao tt my mom gave, the money tt my aunt fund transferred to me, and the diamond earring studs tt my sis gave me….*thanks*- happie-

So far, tt’s about it…. Or so I tot…til todae…wah…can u imagine my surprise when I saw tis…

And opening, I saw tis?

So sweet. Never did I expect to receive a parcel, a gift via snail mail. Quite a surprise. Coz I m usually the one doing tis kinda tings, sending sweet tings via snail mail. ‘quite’ a surprise only? Yea well, coz they phoned me and asked for my address few days ago..so yah, kinda expecting something, bt din expect something TIS BIG~lol~

I received a gift, nt a bday gift. Just a gift though…and the story is….

I found a bus concession pass at the computer lab in my sch. Coz my sch gt 3 dept, and I dunno the person from wad dept, I decided to keep the bus pass and try to return. Via some way or another, I managed to contact the person to return to her. Today. And I did. And surprised, she handed me these…..

Simple nice gifts, but really, touched my heart and made my day. I was feeling quite sore lately. Pressured by deadlines and projects and tests and…well…Mr. X…(he’s been quite an asshole these days), and tis gal simple made my day.

Din expect anyting in return. Coz I mean, its only 举手之劳… and, I’ve lost like 3 concession passes, I do not wish ppl to break my record..haha..bt really, its really a small matter, and she is nice enuf to gimme such gifts…

I mean seriously, a stranger can gimme such gift in appreciation, bt a fren like Mr.X is…-.-“’… well…

Anyway, today is a good day…went to eat Sakae…I din wanna spend so much de…but I was so truly hungry. Din realized I was tis hungry til my hands started trembling when I was on the MRT on my way to bugis… realized tt it is 1pm and I only had 2slices of bread since tis morning. Cannot tahan. Made my way to sakae, and I can sae, yummy, I really love their food and appreciate their good service.

Despite the peak lunch time, I was promptly greeted when I first stood there, and immediately led to my seat… I ordered dishes off the menu, and surprised, it was before me within like 5min…wow. I mean went suki and we waited like 20min for out food, wich in the end din arrive. And tis… really surprising.

Tot tt octopus is like always so rubberly. Bt hey, tis octopus is like…wah, Q-Q leh.. ultimate freshness. Never tasted such delicious octopus before. Usually it is like bite til cannot break. Bt tis one, it is ultimately delicious. Tender, sweet and chewy, with the QQ feel. Nice nice nice. I was tinking, well maybe only one is likdat, so I took another. And yes, it is as nice as the first one. OYISHI~!! And the chawamushi? It is full cup, compared to suki’s half a cup of steamed egg, and it is again, oh so delicious… the fried dofu is running on the belt, bt when I eat it, it is stil steamy hot, and crispy, and nice.

I was impressed, very impressed. A little bit expensive, coz tt price I can eat a lunch set at Jack’s Place, bt I m really happy. Satisfied.

To Elaine, spending on food is always worth it. I can be stingy when it comes to spending, but never for once can I resist spending my last cents on food. And to Elaine. Price is a concern, bt if the food is nice, it is worth it. I can tink twice about spending 2bucks on pen, bt I dun hesitate to spend 10 bucks on food tt are nice.

And finally, to Elaine, Sakae Sushi at Bugis is FANTASTIC!
Good service, delicious food, prompt service. Great job. I haf half the mind to write a letter to compliment them… I would, if I could. I will try…for now, blog first. But hey, if u all are tinking of gg eating, dun mind gg Bugis, try gg Sakae Sushi at Bugis, #02-54. I tink… its really…a good place to eat…
