I got my Ipod Nano 4GB..nono, not gen 3 the latest one that can play mp4 and video..but gen 2..
WHY on earth did i get an OUTDATED mp3 for????!!!! Well, first ting, when I decided on getting it, i tot it was a good deal. 2nd ting, I din noe that gen 3 is coming out.
Although I m appreciative that I got it free, I m still... call it , du lan .. cos i feel... hmm...ripped off?? speaking of ripped off, REMEMBER: Never get drinks from 7-11...cos i got a 500ml sprite for $2.40! worst, i got 2 bottles and reach home den realised, $1.50 for a 1.5l de drink!!! TRUe blue ripped off.
OK, back to my ipod nano. WEll, although its free, i actually signed a contract for it. 2years of commitment for it.
Ting is, i bet with ya, starhub knew all along that gen 3 is coming out. Ipod of cos know too, that when gen 3 comes out, their shop will no longer be demanding ipod gen 2? Wad to do with the excess stock? Sell it cheap, sell it fast, and sell it out in bulk. Happily, someone comes along wanting a good item to give to its subscribers. And the result? Someone collecting the item checked and realised that she is getting an outdated thing that although paying $99 for it to be 4GB, the same one, sealed one, cost $180max in the auction market.

Recalling how I got my first contract, I m indeed flawed in this decision. THe first time I signed my broadband, i got all the free modem, router, and an extra card for the router, all free, not forgetting the profit i made from the sale of the old modem which I got from subscribing to 3mths broadband...sigh..tis time... sigh..counting profit, i only made less than 100bucks? That is if i sell..
Of cos, with compliments of starhub, i got an ipod, which i nv will buy if it wasnt given free..ok, free gift, i have no more complains...
And now, how do I start playing music??... hmmm...
