From 31/1/2011 till now august 2013... It's about two years? I haven been blogging much... But much have changed....
Alot have changed....
Minor change, major change. Long time change and recent changes... It is indeed true that the only thing that does not change is Change itself will always be present... No such things that thibg don't change...
For one... I changed my job, thus changed my car... Rather, I changed my job and it comes with car. Woofy was using my Charcoal but during good times, I sold off charcoal at a nice profit.. CHARCOAL have served me well.. The profit I got back was quite significant and therefore made me have a car for like three years without paying a single cent.
Next up, I changed my maritial status... I got married.. That was last year... 4/3/2012... The usual stuff and glad I din bankrupt myself doing my wedding.. Went on a nice holiday to gold coast... Swam in the great barrier rift... Touched turtle... And swam with the sharks... Came back alive....
And this year... We moved house! Our little nest is finally ready! Got the keys earlier this year in January and officially moved in April... It's august now and we have happily settled in...
And the other major change is.. I m 6months pregnant now with Baby Jennah... Jennah means Heaven... My little piece of heaven hatching within me.... See my little girl in December :)
Last and most recent thing that happened . just last mth on 14 July 2013.... My King maomao waved gd bye to us...
The King was diagnosed with lymphoma in march and underwent chemo treatment for a few Mths.. The cancer cells subsided and I tot he wld be fine. But suddenly he stopped eating... Dint feel like eating I guess... And doctor had him on supplements but it was quite useless.. And finally Dr ly saw him on a Sunday.. 14th July and say it's time.... His liver have hardened.... His organs are failing...
It was really difficult but it seems like any more would be putting him in further pain.... So I brought him back to hg... Everyone hugged him... And the cat whisperer came along and talked to me about how maomao feels these years... Some stuff he remembers...
And later that night... Maomao just went off... We now have him in a little prymaid in our hse... Love my maomao...
The house is really quiet at night... With our feline company... It is so lonely... So next following week.. My Woofy look ard and we adopted Maxie... A little grey black kitty...
But months on... I still miss my great King... He is the only one who really heals my heart.... Let me hug him.. Knows me and loves me.. I guess I m just not so lucky to have two of such doting cats... Well..
I love my Maomao...

Finally, despite vet's advise that we shall persist, feeding him wad he hates. Mao decides to persist his hunger strike, until we had to surrender, cos his condition turned for the worst.
He was supposed to be able to be back on normal diet if only he persist another 2 wks from nw..but alas, it had gone to waste.
Fortunately, liver is amazingly able to recover 100%. Legendery Dr. L (LDL) advised that Mao's liver had deteriorate by probably 40%; Mao's condition is optimistic, he just needs to take falkumin and medication, wich will allow his condition to improve till 100%. However, full re-gen of liver takes 4-6mths... Meanwhile, he must not stress his liver out...
So, the feeding tube was decided so that mao can dun stay in hospital. As wad LDL say, hospitalisation is expensive, and sometimes stress out the kitty, best to b at home. THis, i agree. Price, obvious, but stress, apparent.
Once feeding tube is in, hunger strike or not, he will be able to get wad it needs to get him well. of cos, if he voluntarily takes the fulkamin, tt b great, but wad are the chances? My picky King is...well... a delicate eater, unlike my scavenger mew.
So far so good, completed his first tube-meal. Fortunately, it is tube-fed. Would NV NV NV b able to feed him his new supplements to him. It smells so herbal... Amazingly added like n-number of medication into his fulkamin and zap it all in... no vomitting, no rejects, looks like its good. I feel if tis persist for 1 wk, mao will look significantly better.
Let's cheer mao on, for his battle with liver-disease and pray for him? :)Labels: cat, mao

Maomao's hospital encounters Sunday, April 25, 2010
Maomao has been home for quite a few days... :) :) :)
From this episode, I do got to know about a few vets, no thanks to the clinic which have rotating vets... But I do, learnt who and where is the fantastic docs...
Not gonna do advertisement, but there is this hospital which is really good, where maomao stayed at.
I checked him in exactly 1 week ago, on Sunday, and today, he is back, happy as always, some 3 days ago. His condition has improved and much of spirit is back. He is pawing at our mcdonalds and meowing me awake at 8am for his milk.
If u need a good doc for complicated medical cases, this hospital is it. Rather, it is not a hospital but a recovery centre. But I mus say, the price is very steep. But in my opinion, worth the price.
From a clinic where maomao stayed for 7 days and his condition deteriorated til the point of time when docs say he is looking terrible and I need to prepare for the worst, maomao suddenly, and I do mean suddenly, just started eating and meowing. The 4 digit- hospital bills is worth it.
I brought maomao in on Sunday, by Tuesday he is looking bright and very vocal, being discharged on Thurs speaks alot on the effectiveness.
I got to know that instead of using stronger medications and stuff to suppress the bad stuff from worsening the condition, they have been using vitamins to strengthen maomao so that his natural body system can improve. And as the nurse said, tender love and care....and of cos sufficient rest.
I could see they were really taking care of maomao alot... that my super purrer was literally purring up to them, in my presence...agggghh!!! I guess they have been feed him through the night, thats why he loves them...too...
But really, the environment he was in was definitely very conducive for his recovery. Cats and dogs were placed in separate rooms and patients in critical condition are placed in ICU. No metal grills or metal cage. The wards were nice tiled area, and the floor is cushioned with mats and a absorbent lining instead of newspaper that I was expecting. The ward can be oxygenated or warmed, depending on the needs of the patients, and there is even a webcam to monitor them! It's really like WOW!
Pricely, yes, with that kind of environment and tender love and care, patients do recovery amazingly.

WEnt kite flyin again ytd...Wee....
Tis time, the kite did FLY! Finally~
  The eagle soared and the kite flew...WeeEee....    Saw some ppl brutally hookin fish via mouth painfully, a sport they refer to as, Fishing.. However found the sun set nice so I took a shot of the scene... Wads a post without cats?  Saw this kitty outside woofy's hse. This chili hissed and snarled at me.... Spotted a tiny ginger kitty wks back outside woofy's hse.
It was every bit like pig..screamin like pig, whinny like pig, and fierce like pig...awww...
 (i did a major zoom in using my k850 so it is v blur) here's the real pig  While helping my gf to move hse tt day, saw this King Cat at her neighborhood...   He is huge and friendly like maomao..light color ginger tabby... nice! Shopping ard that other day and saw this at popular, I haf 99.9% to buy it there and then if nt for the weight...it cost only 30+.... i really had wanted to buy...  Its a freaking HUGE book on Cats. Duno the inside but look at the sheer size of it... compare it with the usual size CHicken soup for the soup book I placed there for comparison! Went Ikea that other day and saw this drawing...  so, this is a kid's impression of a cat. Coincidentally, it my fave cat! Ginger Cat! One fine day at home, I noe my cats are not in a good mood, they jus bathed, cos they are in these positions/locations:  Mewmew took the liberty of claiming the new toilet as his own cosy private room....  While pig hid under the sofa revealing jus her shivering tail outside... :P Darn, my entry is so random. It shows my state of mind...Lost, Aimless..and totally random.... Labels: cat, random

I love Mao Mao MORE! Wednesday, April 29, 2009
YTd, after my exams which means I've unofficial graduated, we went on a little celebration. Went to Illuma for movie and watched Taken, pretty disturbed by the show bt well, nevetheless a good show.
After that went to orchard to eat churros and sushi tei.
While walkin along orchard road, I spotted Fiona Xie (no, not in bikini), but jus casually dressed. After she pass by us for some time, I casually asked,"did u see her? Fiona Xie."
woofy went,"REALLY??? WHERE? WHERE?!! *excitedly* "
mEow, "*snarl* HISS*"
men.... tsk tsk....

mew slipped and mEow's heart slipped Tuesday, April 07, 2009
The toilet at the kitchen is being renovated and so, the contractors opened the windows cos its freakin hot.
I let my cats roamed cos they were pitifully cropped up in the room the whole of ytd and feelin unhappy. Since the door today is closed, I find there no problem to let them roam.
One fine hour after i let them work, I jus haf this urge to look at my dear cats...and I found all of them around. Mao on the cupboard, Pig on the fridge..mew..hmm...wher is my mew mew...
The contractors pointed at the window and I saw dear MEW MEW WALKING along the window ledge...OUTSIDE...
Did I mention n-times that I live on the 12th storey???
Do u know a cat who fell out from 7 storey and above is likely to b dead though people said that cats can fall from great heights n survive?
"MEW MEW~ COME DOWN~!"
I commanded, he mewed, and turned, and guess wad, WTF HE SLIPPED!!!
HE SLIPPED! He slipped and stumbled a little on the ledge and den finally turned and look at me, and came down...LIKE,omg wtf HE SLIPPED!!!!!
*FAINT*
I locked him in my room after he came down and whined...
"mew mew MeoW?" --> wad wad wad? he must be tinking..but wtf..not only did he walk ont he ledge, he slipped while on the ledge...
How can I trust this clumsy cat to roam beyond my room where window is wide open?

1. Never, ever mention that you can (or can't) smell the litter box.

4. Get in the habit of putting a couple of sardines in your pocket. Slip them to the cat when she isn't watching. (Note: you may haveto do this through the entire dating period, because the cat willlikely go for your pocket each time you visit.)

5. Don't push the cat off the sofa if he's inserted himself between the two of you. If he's still sitting between the two of you when you get amorous, reassure him (mental telepathy is fine) that you have no harmful intentions against his companion, and move him gently to your lap. Try to keep one hand stroking the cat at all times in this situation.

I m jus bored I guess.
Cos I jus edited, a tiny little detail on my blog template...and..became very amused by it. Instead of the original meowed, author, date & time, i edited it to be like this: author meowed on date & time. So, everyone meows on my blog. HURRAY!
As I admires my perfect masterpiece, cat-fren's comment amuses me most.
I bet my cat friend wont be too amused though, and may start soon pa-ing that he is not a cat. :D
But it really greatly amuses me to see my cat-friend acting cat-ish. :D

Shopping ard that other day and saw this at popular, I haf 99.9% to buy it there and then if nt for the weight...it cost only 30+.... i really had wanted to buy... Its a freaking HUGE book on Cats. Duno the inside but look at the sheer size of it... compare it with the usual size CHicken soup for the soup book I placed there for comparison! Went Ikea that other day and saw this drawing... so, this is a kid's impression of a cat. Coincidentally, it my fave cat! Ginger Cat! One fine day at home, I noe my cats are not in a good mood, they jus bathed, cos they are in these positions/locations: Mewmew took the liberty of claiming the new toilet as his own cosy private room.... YTd, after my exams which means I've unofficial graduated, we went on a little celebration. Went to Illuma for movie and watched Taken, pretty disturbed by the show bt well, nevetheless a good show.
After that went to orchard to eat churros and sushi tei.
While walkin along orchard road, I spotted Fiona Xie (no, not in bikini), but jus casually dressed. After she pass by us for some time, I casually asked,"did u see her? Fiona Xie."
woofy went,"REALLY??? WHERE? WHERE?!! *excitedly* "
mEow, "*snarl* HISS*"

The toilet at the kitchen is being renovated and so, the contractors opened the windows cos its freakin hot.
I let my cats roamed cos they were pitifully cropped up in the room the whole of ytd and feelin unhappy. Since the door today is closed, I find there no problem to let them roam.
One fine hour after i let them work, I jus haf this urge to look at my dear cats...and I found all of them around. Mao on the cupboard, Pig on the fridge..mew..hmm...wher is my mew mew...
The contractors pointed at the window and I saw dear MEW MEW WALKING along the window ledge...OUTSIDE...
Did I mention n-times that I live on the 12th storey???
Do u know a cat who fell out from 7 storey and above is likely to b dead though people said that cats can fall from great heights n survive?

I commanded, he mewed, and turned, and guess wad, WTF HE SLIPPED!!!
HE SLIPPED! He slipped and stumbled a little on the ledge and den finally turned and look at me, and came down...LIKE,omg wtf HE SLIPPED!!!!!

I locked him in my room after he came down and whined...
"mew mew MeoW?" --> wad wad wad? he must be tinking..but wtf..not only did he walk ont he ledge, he slipped while on the ledge...
How can I trust this clumsy cat to roam beyond my room where window is wide open?

So, you're dating a gal who shares her residence with a cat. If your relationship is going to get anywhere, I encourage you to follow each of these suggestions:
1. Never, ever mention that you can (or can't) smell the litter box.

2. If the kitten wants to spend an hour untying your shoelace, let him. When he gets it untied, retie it so he can continue playing.

3. Never make a big show of brushing the cat fur from your slacks.

4. Get in the habit of putting a couple of sardines in your pocket. Slip them to the cat when she isn't watching. (Note: you may haveto do this through the entire dating period, because the cat willlikely go for your pocket each time you visit.)

5. Don't push the cat off the sofa if he's inserted himself between the two of you. If he's still sitting between the two of you when you get amorous, reassure him (mental telepathy is fine) that you have no harmful intentions against his companion, and move him gently to your lap. Try to keep one hand stroking the cat at all times in this situation.

6. If you're spending the night, do yourself a favor and don't evenTRY to sleep in the cat's favorite spot on the bed.

I m jus bored I guess.
Cos I jus edited, a tiny little detail on my blog template...and..became very amused by it. Instead of the original meowed, author, date & time, i edited it to be like this: author meowed on date & time. So, everyone meows on my blog. HURRAY!
As I admires my perfect masterpiece, cat-fren's comment amuses me most.
I bet my cat friend wont be too amused though, and may start soon pa-ing that he is not a cat. :D
But it really greatly amuses me to see my cat-friend acting cat-ish. :D
